If you filed for bankruptcy less than 7 years after you stopped being a student, your debts are not automatically discharged. You will have to go to court to get them discharged. You can hire a lawyer or a trustee to go to court on your behalf or you can go yourself. If you want to do it yourself, you can contact your local bankruptcy court and they should be able to help. Most provinces have a package that explains how to apply to bankruptcy court.
